Reiki Level 1 Certification

Reiki Level 1 Training

Classes combine lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice on self and others. All classes include a manual, handout folder, and refreshments.

We will cover all the standardized recommended topics for Reiki 1 certification, such as:

Definition of  Reiki- How Reiki works-What Reiki heals-History of Reiki-Introduction of the Subtle  Energy System-Explanation  the attunement process-Receiving of an attunement -Learning of standard hand positions-practicing Reiki on self-Japanese Reiki Techniques- practicing Reiki on others. 

However, we will primarily focus on developing your intuitive, understanding what it is you are sensing or "feeling". We will discuss the energetic body with a focus on each of the chakras. We will practice on each other for validation of the intuitive feelings to courage confidence in your practice. My classes are limited to a max of 3 participants at a time. I want to be fully present with each student to bond, encourage, and develop individual skills. 

All students will receive certification upon completion of the class.  

Cost is $175.

** It is not mandatory, but highly recommended to schedule an energy healing session (at a discount $40) with Michelle prior to the training to balance and clear your chakras in preparation for your training and attunement. The more you can do to balance your energy centers, the easier it will be for you to feel or see the movement of energy. This also gives us to chat individually and connect on a deep soul love level and build trust and friendship.
