About The Event
Reiki Level 1 Training
Classes combine lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice on self and others. Classes are from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. All classes include a manual, handout folder, and refreshments.
We will cover:
Definition of Reiki- How Reiki works-What Reiki heals-History of Reiki-Introduction of the Subtle Energy System-Explanation the attunement process-Receiving of an attunement -Learning of standard hand positions-practicing Reiki on self-Japanese Reiki Techniques- practicing Reiki on others- and a quick overview of level II symbols.
All students will receive certification upon completion of the class.
